1)原材料质量 


    原纸是决定纸箱压缩强度的决定性因素,然而瓦楞纸板生产过程中其他条件的影响也不允许忽视,如粘合剂用量、楞高变化浸渍、涂布、复合加工处理等。 


2)水分 


    纸箱用含水量过高的瓦楞纸板制造,或者长时间贮顾在潮湿的环境中,都会降低其耐压强度。纤维是一种吸水性很强的,在梅雨季节及空气中湿度较大时,纸板中水分与大气环境的湿平衡关系很重要。


   


3)箱型 


    箱型是指纸箱的类型和同种类型箱的尺寸比例,它们对抗压强度有明显的影响。有的纸箱箱体为双层瓦楞纸板构成,耐压强度较同种规格的单层箱明显提高;在相同条件下,箱体越高,稳定性就越差,耐压强度越低。


4)印刷与开孔 


    印刷会降低纸箱抗压强度。包装有透气要求的商品在箱面开孔,或在箱侧冲切提手孔,都会降低纸箱强度,尤其开孔面积大,偏向某一侧等,影响更为明显。 


5)加工工艺偏差涡街流量计 


    在制箱过程中压线不当,开槽过深,结合不牢等,也会降低成纸箱耐压强度。成品纸箱如需达到一定的强度,须做抗压(纸箱抗压试验机)、环压、坚压、边压、粘合(环压试验机)、耐破度(破裂强度试验机)等试验,来评定,所出纸箱是否符合客户要求或国家标准。

1) Quality of raw materials

Base paper is the decisive factor to determine the compressive strength of cartons. However, the influence of other conditions in the production process of corrugated cardboard can not be ignored, such as the amount of adhesives, impregnation of corrugated height changes, coating, composite processing and so on.

2) moisture content

Cartons made of corrugated cardboard with excessive moisture content, or stored in humid environment for a long time, will reduce their compressive strength. Fiber is a kind of water absorbent. When the humidity in the air is high during the plum rain season, the relationship between moisture in cardboard and the humidity in the atmosphere is very important.


3) box type

Box type refers to the type of carton and the size ratio of the same type of carton. They have a significant impact on the compressive strength. Some cartons are made of double-layer corrugated cardboard, and their compressive strength is obviously higher than that of single-layer cartons of the same specifications. Under the same conditions, the higher the carton, the worse the stability and the lower the compressive strength.

4) Printing and Opening

Printing reduces the compressive strength of cartons. The strength of cardboard boxes can be reduced by opening on the surface of the box or punching and cutting the hand holes on the side of the box, especially when the area of opening is large and the side is inclined to a certain side.

In the process of making cartons, improper wire pressing, deep grooving and poor combination will also reduce the compressive strength of cartons. If the finished cartons need to reach a certain strength, they must be tested for compression (carton compression testing machine), ring pressing, rigid pressing, side pressing, adhesion (ring pressing testing machine), bursting resistance (rupture strength testing machine) to assess whether the cartons meet customer requirements or national standards.
